I bring over 20 years of hands-on construction experience to every home inspection, including 15+ years in masonry. During that time, I spent two years running work on large commercial job sites, including projects such as the new Microsoft campus in Redmond. My background in construction gives me a practical, real-world understanding of how homes are built, how systems work together, and where problems are most likely to occur.

I am an ATI Certified Home Inspector with a strong reputation for attention to detail and thorough evaluations. My goal is to provide clear, honest inspections that help clients make confident, informed decisions about their homes.
