Manufactured Home Foundation Certification

HUD and FHA lender requirements call for a Manufactured Home Foundation Certification to confirm the home is properly secured to the ground.

We partner with Hayman Engineering, a licensed engineering firm, to help homeowners and buyers meet this requirement.

Our role is to perform the on-site inspection and collect the required photographic documentation of the home’s foundation and tie-down system. That information is sent to Hayman Engineering, where their licensed engineers review it and issue the official foundation certification.

This services is commonly required for:

  • Manufactured home purchases

  • Refinancing or loan approval

  • Lender and mortgage company requirements
